Wednesday 26th June 2024 – 9am-4.30pm – Chertsey House – St Peter’s Hospital, Chertsey
This year’s programme will include:
- keynote from world leading mountaineer and motivational speaker, Andy Cave
- improvement presentations from the Urgent and Emergency Care, Surgery and Diabetic Foot teams
- QI skills building – learning through fun and interactive activities
- world café – an opportunity to sample bite-sized QI inspiration
- poster competition
- breaks and lunch with time and space for creativity and networking

Celebrating 10 years of Be the Change – Poster Competition
Be the Change is celebrating 10 years and we’d like to invite you to submit a poster to showcase the QI work you have undertaken in the last year for this year’s annual QI Event poster competition.
Entries should be A3 and should include:
- a description of the problem
- how the outcome was measured
- evidence Plan-Do-Study-Act cycles
- the outcome and next steps
Please submit your poster to asp-tr.bethechange@nhs.net by 21st June to be printed and displayed at the event. Winners will be decided by a ‘people’s vote’ on the day.
