We are delighted to announce that Helen Bevan, one of the most influential global thought leaders in the practice of large-scale change in health and care, will be joining us as our guest speaker. Helen’s sessions will be engaging, insightful and have lots of learning for us to take away and apply.
The programme will also include local improvement project presentations, world café, poster competition and lots of time and space for creativity and networking.

The annual event is a great opportunity to showcase your improvement work.
Posters must be in A3 format and include:
- A description of the problem being addressed
- A description of the changes tested
- How PDSA and measurement was used
- The outcome and benefits achieved
