We are passionate about building improvement capability in our organisation as we believe it is a key enabler for teams and individuals to be able to deliver great quality improvement (QI) and improve patient safety and patient experience.
We have detailed below some of the opportunities and options available for ASPH staff to access training and other resources, which we hope will help build knowledge and skills for QI, leadership and team working.
